Gorgeous smoke blue fringe rope chain necklace with an heirloom double Sacred Heart and Our Lady of Perpetual Help medallion. Both sides of the medallion are equally beautiful and hangs from a labradorite gold rimmed bead. The medallion is imaged from an original antique European medallion. The necklace measures 18 ½ inches which can easily be shortened. If you would like additional length, please send a note. We are happy to adjusted to your desired length.
