A beautiful Mary and Sacred Heart of Jesus petite rectangular medallion adorned with a cross and fresh water coin pearl in a circular design. The medallion and chain are 14K gold electroplated. The medallion and cross are imaged from original antique European medallions. The necklace measures 18 1/2 but can easily be shortened.
